As a Local HR Business Partner at Infineon, you will play a vital role in driving business success by partnering with frontline and mid-level managers to develop and implement people strategies that meet the unique needs of our local business. Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • Work closely with managers to provide expert guidance on people matters, ensuring that our HR strategies are tailored to drive business results.
  • Contribute to the execution of our business strategy by providing strategic HR guidance to local management teams.
  • Provide expert advice on all people-related matters, ensuring that our HR policies and tools are applied in a way that supports our business objectives.
  • Offer guidance on transactional HR topics, ensuring that our people services are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business needs.
  • Advise talent on career development opportunities, helping them to grow and succeed within our organization.
  • Provide local managers with data, tools, and diagnostics to inform their decision-making.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions, such as leadership dialogues, to help our leaders grow and develop. You will also support managers in developing their leadership teams, ensuring that we have the talent we need to drive business success
  • Own the governance of HR topics, including grading, compensation decisions, recruiting decisions, and engagement topics. Your expertise will ensure that we are compliant with all relevant regulations and that our HR practices are fair and equitable.


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification is highly desirable, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the HR profession.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner and/or HRGeneralist, with a proven track record of driving business results through strategic HR initiatives. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, with the ability to diagnose and analyze complex problems and drive innovative solutions.
  • Ability to be a trusted advisor to our leaders, providing expert guidance on people-related matters.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to be comfortable interacting and partnering with people at all levels of our organization, from frontline employees to senior leaders.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and work through ambiguity. You will be a flexible and agile partner, able to navigate the complexities of our global matrix organization.

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $104,200 salary per year
Maximum of $143,300 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
