Primary Purpose:
The individual in this position conducts fact-finding investigations in response to reports or complaints submitted to the district regarding allegations of harassment, discrimination, sexual harassment, and other employee misconduct directly investigated by Human Resources. This individual will also provide support to school building administrators who are responding to allegations investigated at the building level. Additionally, this individual serves as the Public Records Officer for the District, responsible for ensuring compliances with requests submitted pursuant to the Public Records Act of Washington State.
