About The Role
Assists in the day-to-day support of assigned client groups and other needs of the department as required. Kidango HR is considered a high-touch model of engagement value while we migrate and evolve with our internal systems over the next few years. We are looking for an individual that is hands on, yet strategic in their thinking and planning. The role will be to utilize your solid HR knowledge in the support of employees and staff in a proactive manner while supporting company wide HR programs.

About The Role

The role will be to utilize your solid HR knowledge in the support of employees and staff in a proactive manner while supporting company wide HR programs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for providing first line assistance specific to Human Resource activities which includes: employee relations, coaching, employee development, investigations, and various other activities as they come up in partnership with other members in HR.
- A focus on programs to reduce employee relation issues and ensuring investigations are performed timely with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Oversees and coordinates all human resource administrative procedures and documentation processes, in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations and Agency policy.
- Maintain job documentation, job description, job evaluation systems and ensure a consistent approach in practices.
- Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses & partner with other internal departments that touch on company wide training.
- Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
- Maintain human resource databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
- Recommend policy changes to support a growing business and changes in employment laws.
- Provide close contact with leaders / managers in the assigned client group, attending staff meetings or off sites.
- Model best practices in HR within the client groups and across the entire company.
- Work to support other HRGs as part of a team as needed.
- Open to taking on a project that spans a client group pilot program or spans all of HR.
- Establish and foster a collaborative process between Staffing and the client leaders specific to solving hiring challenges by assessing and making recommendations and/or helping resolve speed bumps to hire as well as the on-boarding process.
Preferred qualifications
- A.A. degree required, BA highly preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience in compensation practices, labor law, staff orientation, and staff recruitment preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar or related position preferred.
- Ability to provide leadership, accept responsibility, work independently and set own goals in a professional manner.

$82,296.48-$82,296.48 USD

- Must pass a health screening and TB test
- Must pass background fingerprint clearance
- Valid Driver License
- Must be 18 years or older
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs may be needed during some job duties
