Human Resources Manager

Our client located in New Providence, NJ is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Human Resources Manager position are as follows:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field

• Masters degree is a plus
• 5-10+ years Human Resources experience
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• HR management and employee relations skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

• Direct Hire position
• Full time schedule Monday Friday (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
• $85-$125k/year depending on skills and experience
