Human Resources Manager

Our client located just outside Keene, NH is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Human Resources Manager position are as follows:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• 5+ years Human Resources experience, HR experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• HR certification
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Paylocity payroll system
• HR management and employee relations skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

• Process multi-state payroll
• Administer benefits, compensation, and safety programs
• Employee relations
• Maintain employee records
• Act as resource for policy matters
• Oversee performance management
• Recruitment/onboarding
• Update/maintain job descriptions
• Coordinate safety meetings
• Investigate accidents and prepare insurance reports
• Manage insurance renewals
• Provide training opportunities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws
• Promote positive work culture
• Other projects as assigned
