Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team at a leading consumer goods manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in driving the HR strategy and fostering an engaging work environment for approximately 350 employees.

Location: Macon, MO. Relocation assistance is available.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $90,000-$117,000, with a 10% performance bonus, 9% 401(k) match, excellent relocation support, and comprehensive benefits.

Role Overview:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
• Manage and mentor a team of three HR professionals, overseeing all facets of HR including employee and labor relations, recruitment, training, compliance, benefits, and compensation.
• Act as a strategic partner to drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations while implementing and auditing HR policies and procedures.
• Lead assessments of company culture and execute action plans to promote a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance management processes and salary planning to align with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a production plant setting.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and peers.
