As HR Manager for our Humacao, PR Lifecycle operations, you will be the trusted HR partner on the ground and a member of our global HR team who leads with integrity, autonomy, and a passion for operational excellence. We are seeking a strategic and tech-savvy HR Manager committed to creating a positive and growth-driven culture through implementation of best-in-class HR practices.

What You will Do:
  • Serve as a strategic HR business partner and member of the operations site leadership team, positioning HR as an influential, proactive voice in strategic planning while ensuring the effectiveness of daily operations.
  • Drive a full range of HR solutions, including associate relations, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, engagement and retention.
  • Build strong, collaborative, and trusted relationships with both business leaders and front-line associates to influence positive outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor leaders to elevate their people management capabilities and performance management / coaching and monitoring techniques in areas related to Productivity, Quality, Absenteeism and Code of conduct.
  • Navigate and resolve associate relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and fairness - while maintaining a positive associate experience.
  • Maintain integrity of data from Workday or similar advanced HRIS systems (including payroll, timekeeping, recruitment, and workforce data) and use HR analytics and data insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to Human Resources matters, consulting with legal counsel as required.
  • Lead employer branding, talent acquisition and onboarding efforts to attract and engage top talent, including temporary labor.
  • Lead and/or support cross-functional HR initiatives, including continuous improvement, which align with company-wide strategies and values. Drive digital transformation and HR tech adoption (e.g., ATS, HRIS, AI tools)


What You Bring to the Role:
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven experience as a field HR representative supporting physical operations or warehouse environments.
  • Proficiency with Workday (preferred) or comparable HRIS platforms-including for timekeeping/scheduling, recruitment/applicant tracking, and reporting functions.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, distributed environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR compliance best practices.
  • Experience leading investigations, managing conflict, and building trust with diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (or equivalent professional experience) required.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a strong plus.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $60,200.00 - $102,300.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
