As a Manager, Human Resources you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the people's strategy for the organization. You will lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. By building strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders, you will serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring that HR initiatives align with divisional business objectives and contribute to overall company success.

What you're responsible for:
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to drive impactful people strategies.
- Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities, fostering a high-performing and engaged HR team.
Strategic HR Partnership
- Establish trusted relationships with senior leaders, serving as a key advisor on HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement innovative, people-centric solutions that align with corporate culture and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Utilize data-driven insights to develop compelling business cases for change and influence decision-making in a complex environment.
Business Alignment and Execution
- Work closely with divisional leaders to translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
- Support the execution of key programs, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and company values.
- Leverage a strong business acumen to guide leaders through workforce planning, organizational design, and talent initiatives that drive growth and performance.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and programs comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations across all North American Programs.
- Stay up to date on legislative and regulatory changes, proactively assessing their impact on the organization and advising leadership on necessary adjustments.
- Partners with legal and compliance teams mitigate risks and promote ethical, fair, and inclusive workplace practices.
Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance
- Maintain high-quality standards in HR delivery service and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Proactively assess HR programs and practices, recommending improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Degree or Diploma in a field related to Human Resource Management, and or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years' experience in Human Resources in an advisory or senior operational role.
- CPHR or other relevant designations.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams, in interaction with various stakeholders including subject matter experts in HR functions and senior business leaders.
- Experience in the full HR value chain and HR best practices: talent management, career management, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, remuneration and rewards, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with all levels of leaders.
- The ability to collect and use high-quality data and analytics across the HR value chain matters to support diagnosing people issues.
- Effective decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-resolution skills.
- French is an asset.
