We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and drive HR initiatives within our Polyiso Operations. This role is a critical partner to management, serving as a champion for creating a high-performance, employee-focused culture. The HR Manager will foster an environment centered around quality, productivity, employee engagement, safety, and continuous development. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding the business through talent strategies, employee relations, organizational development, and the execution of key HR programs and policies.

In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding the business through talent strategies, employee relations, organizational development, and the execution of key HR programs and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll practices.
- Lead and manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and ensuring a consistent, fair approach to issue resolution.
- Assess and influence workplace culture and employee morale, recommending initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
- Coach and support leaders on performance management practices, helping to identify development opportunities and address performance challenges.
- Champion employee engagement efforts, including planning and supporting recognition, communication, and development initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on talent acquisition strategies, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent.
- Support safety and compliance initiatives in partnership with the EHS team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide HR leadership support to additional locations as needed.
- Lead and mentor the HR Generalist and other field HR team members assigned to the business unit.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Deep understanding of employee relations, conflict resolution, and effective coaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in recruiting strategies, employee development, and organizational design principles.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and a strong commitment to workplace safety, especially in manufacturing environments.
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization and act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience; experience supporting manufacturing environments.
- Prior leadership or people management experience.
- Strong Talent Development and Employee Engagement experience.
