The Role
As a Human Resources Program Liaison (HRPL), you will work closely with management and employees in designated business units to provide hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues. This is a full-time position located in Roxbury, reporting to the Director of Human Resources. You will develop and strengthen partnerships to deliver value-added service to management and employees that are aligned with CSR's strategic initiatives, culture, and business objectives.

The Role
As a Human Resources Program Liaison (HRPL), you will work closely with management and employees in designated business units to provide hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues. This is a full-time position located in Roxbury, reporting to the Director of Human Resources. You will develop and strengthen partnerships to deliver value-added service to management and employees that are aligned with CSR's strategic initiatives, culture, and business objectives.
- Assist HR leadership with implementing effective HR policies and practices that support CSR's growth.
- Participate in the development of HR programs, including recruiting, retention, compensation, and benefits.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to champion a culture of excellence, inspiring top business results.
What You'll Bring to the Team
We're looking for someone who's not just qualified but driven. Someone who's excited about making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
- Working knowledge of human resource competencies, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and performance management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.
