Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Human Resources Project Manager (HR PMO) you will research and analyze basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems within our organization to meet business requirements. You will make recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices.

What you will do in this role:

  • You will maintain on-going communication with customers and development staff regarding outstanding projects and responses to customer requests
  • Partner with HRBP's and Centers of Excellence to drive strategic initiatives
  • You will provide insight into effectiveness of HR operations in the field via the HR Delivery review, satisfaction survey and other mediums
  • Perform testing and documentation of new process changes while partnering with the specific areas of the organization who will be impacted to ensure needs are being met
  • Perform workflow analysis to determine best process solutions for HR processes and identifying non-value added steps while proposing new process improvements
  • You will develop and participate in customer classroom training
  • Maintains project logs and time sheets for internal accounting. Supervises the collection and verifies the accuracy of such data for projects and sub-projects under own direction


What you should have for this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • You must have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ year of HR experience preferred
  • Microsoft Project experience and Project Management training would be helpful
