You will be encouraged to think creatively and implement innovative strategies to expand diverse candidate pools, enhance processes, and strengthen retention initiatives. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance to stakeholders throughout the organization while ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations. As the Recruitment & Retention Specialist, you will be involved in executing special projects to help achieve the strategic goals of the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and retention, demonstrating exceptional organizational and communication skills to foster positive relationships with all stakeholders, alongside the ability to effectively manage innovative initiatives.
