Your Role:
As a Comfort Advisor, you'll be the face of Slomin's, working closely with customers to understand their unique needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Slomin's is looking to add experienced Comfort Advisors to our GROWING TEAM! The Comfort Advisor is primarily responsible for running company generated appointments and working sales leads.
You'll have the opportunity to work with our extensive range of equipment and services, including Residential and commercial security system solutions, video surveillance, heating oil delivery and service as well as HVAC equipment installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home presentations to close leads generated by the company.
Educate customers interested in new comfort systems as well as system upgrades.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Assist customers to achieve healthy, comfortable, safe environments by asking questions to find out what their needs are.
Complete proposals and price jobs for our customers within the guidelines set forth by the Company standards.
Actively pursue referrals from satisfied customers.
Follow up site visits to ensure quality, and 100% customer satisfaction
Prospect for new customers by outbound calling or contact neighbors of recent installation customers to increase customer base and personal income.
Attend and participate in regular scheduled sales meetings, special sales training, and technician technical training meetings on relevant topics.
Identify customer needs and preferences to create customized solutions.
Represent Slomin's brand to potential customers.

Requirements:

Requirements:
- 3+ years of HVAC experience preferred
- Flexible working hours day/nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable car
- Be willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing and background checks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Collaborative, friendly personality with a competitive attitude
- High level of self-motivation, organization, and reliability
- Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it)
