Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational functions, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Actively participate in business development and sales generation.
- Establish and maintain internal policies, controls, and safety protocols.
- Monitor pricing structures and labor rates, negotiating with vendors as needed.
- Track key operational metrics, including call volume, sales, technician performance, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with job permitting and warranty processing.
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Assist with job bidding, project management, inventory control, and collections.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of HVAC experience.
- 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
- Strong analytical skills for cost and forecasting analysis.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and building a strong team culture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Certifications:
- North Carolina H3 License (Required)
- EPA Certification
