Job Opportunity: HVAC Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our HVAC team and oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued customers. This pivotal role requires a skilled individual who can manage personnel, optimize schedules, and uphold our commitment to quality and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise and delegate service personnel, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate workload and schedule to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and tools necessary for jobs.
• Assist with dispatching technicians and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Conduct on-site inspections to maintain service quality and adherence to standards.
• Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide accurate reports on labor, scheduling, billing, and payroll.
• Participate in company-sponsored training programs.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, permitting, and code requirements.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Preferably 5 years of managerial experience in HVAC or related fields.
• Understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC installation and service requirements.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Preferred certifications: EPA Certification, HVAC Qualifier Certification, or Associate degree in related field.

Environmental Conditions:

• Physical requirements include climbing, heavy lifting, loud noise, and working in confined spaces.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and varying hours.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
