KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE HVAC PROJECT AND SERVICE SALES POSITION
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their HVAC needs are met.
- Prepare and present project proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HVAC PROJECT AND SERVICE SALES POSITION
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, specifically in the commercial sector.
- Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
