About the Role:
- Project Leadership: You will develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
- Team Management: You will lead and mentor project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks effectively.
- Risk Management: You will identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Client Management: You will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: You will ensure that all projects comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality control requirements.
- Experienced Professional: You have 10-15 years of experience in HVAC project management.
- A Strong Leader: You possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized & Efficient: You are highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management and multitasking skills.
- Problem-Solver: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 depending on prior experience
