Marathon HVAC Service is looking for a dynamic, full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team in Anaheim, CA. THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A HVAC SALES - COMFORT ADVISOR
As a full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will enjoy a consistent work schedule with regular hours. You will primarily work during weekdays, with occasional weekends and evenings to accommodate our customers' needs and schedules.
Each day, you will embark on in-home consultations, evaluating the unique needs of our customers. You will spend your time educating homeowners about our top-tier products and services, addressing any questions they may have about equipment and installation processes. Your goal will be to provide tailored solutions that enhance home comfort. You will prepare detailed and accurate proposals, confidently closing sales and meeting your monthly targets.
OUR IDEAL HVAC SALES - COMFORT ADVISOR
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required.

OUR IDEAL HVAC SALES - COMFORT ADVISOR
- Experience in HVAC sales
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of home performance of HVAC comfort systems, issues, and solutions, including ductwork, insulation, and accessories
- Ability to answer customer questions about equipment and the installation process
- Professional communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge on all available rebates
