SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION/ROLE
The Enterprise Asset Management Department of the NYCT - Department of Subways (DOS) is seeking Three (3) temporary consultants to serve as HxGN EAM Project Managers.
This position is to provide critical HxGN EAM project roll-out support for DOS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation.
Understand stakeholder needs and facilitate requirements gathering sessions
Coordination and facilitation of meetings for business process review
Create and maintain an accurate project schedule
Partner with Subways SME's to complete required project documentation in line with program standards including, but not limited to: scope and schedule, functional requirements, As-Is and To-Be process flows, project status and summary reports
Documentation, mitigation and escalation of project risks and issues, as needed
Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a large-scale EAM type project
Excellent oral and written communication skills
In depth knowledge and experience implementing Hexagon EAM
2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferred
Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
Intermediate to advanced project management skills with proven ability to work within and independently facilitate cross-functional teams and work groups as needed
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Visio

Key requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years HxGN EAM (formerly known as Infor EAM) experience
Preferable 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Proficiency in extending HxGN EAM through Extensibility Framework
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
