Introducing an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected, innovative and supportive primary care team in Connecticut, where patient-centered care is prioritized within a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Hybrid Position Details:

• Role: Hybrid Primary Care Physician (18+)
• Location: Split between Virtual (from home) and Newington, CT (clinic)
• Setting: Primary Care, 3.5 days clinic based, 1.5 days virtual (from home)
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
• Base salary: starts at $250,000 and up
• Work authorization: H1B cap-exempt organization
• Other compensation: Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support, Sign-on bonus, Relocation stipend
