RF Engineer

Location: West Nyack, NY
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite required)

We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our wireless technology team. The ideal RF Engineer candidate will design, optimize, and troubleshoot 5G and LTE/VoLTE networks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional wireless solutions.

RF Engineer Responsibilities

• Design and optimize 5G and LTE/VoLTE networks to ensure optimal performance and coverage
• Analyze and troubleshoot RF-related issues using advanced technical knowledge
• Monitor and evaluate network KPIs to maintain quality standards
• Create and maintain VB macros and complex Excel worksheets for data analysis
• Review close-out packages for quality assurance
• Collaborate with ODAS vendors on small cell implementations
• Utilize specialized tools including Atoll, FUZE NPP, and RFDS Conquest

RF Engineer Qualifications

Required Skills

• 5G and LTE/VoLTE Network Design and Optimization: 3-5 years proven experience designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting 5G and LTE/VoLTE networks
• RF Theory and Practice: Solid understanding of RF principles and techniques with 3-5 years practical application
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with Atoll, FUZE NPP, and RFDS Conquest tools
• Small Cell ODAS Knowledge: Previous experience working with ODAS vendors
• Advanced Excel: Skilled in worksheet manipulation and VB macro creation
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
