Hydraulic Service Manager

Skills
Minimum 5 years' experience in Management
Technical Skill within the hydraulic field preferably marine
Conceptual Skill.
Interpersonal, Motivational and Communication Skills.
Decision-Making Skill.
Diagnostic and Analytical Skills.
Qualifications:
1. Education
High School diploma or equivalent
1. Physical
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs for extended distances.
Ability to work in an, and all adverse weather condition.
Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and gangways up to twenty-five feet in height.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and work above head for extended periods of time.
Ability to operate Rio Marine vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
1. Personal Background
Must be capable of acquiring valid TWIC.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a clean driving record with no DWI convictions.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
Practical Experience
Background in hydraulic service
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365
Experience with materials acquisitions.
Managed projects with multiple personnel while meeting deadlines
