- Present options and a recommendation in the appropriate forum e.g. design working group to obtain a formal approval for any major/high-impact design decisions
- Attend meetings with Business/Change team to understand silos, help elicit requirements/user stories, work with Technical leads and to map requirements to solution in Agile fashion.
- Create, maintain and execute per project plans adapting to frequently evolving requirements and changes
- Strong stakeholder management skills & ability to communicate & partner well at various levels of the organization including senior management
- Should have strong knowledge on Odyssey and code deployment process using Transporter tool.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of project requirements from requirements to testing and production deployment
- Provide 3rd level support once the project has gone live in Production for a defined time period
- Apply Optimization techniques across all artifacts to avoid recoding.
- Should familiar on Control-M setup Automation process
Planning:
- Strong skillset in Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase technologies.
- Basic knowledge on FDMEE and DRM technologies.
- Must skills in writing complex business rules, creating web forms, security setup, data modelling techniques.
