The role involves troubleshooting, implementing security best practices, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and standards.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in SailPoint, CyberArk, and Databases, along with a strong understanding of security frameworks and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management & Troubleshooting:
- Resolve complex trouble tickets related to identity and access management.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Escalate and manage elevated tickets effectively.
- Work on problem tickets to identify and implement permanent solutions.
Identity & Access Management:
- Manage SailPoint IdentityIQ and ensure proper access provisioning and governance.
- Administer CyberArk for privileged access management.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements.
- Implement access controls, role-based access, and segregation of duties.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Review and approve change management plans to prevent unauthorized changes.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, security standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring minimal non-compliance issues.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve identity-related issues.
- Lead customer and vendor discussions for troubleshooting and solution implementation.
- Document troubleshooting steps, update knowledge bases (KB), and mentor junior team members.
System Administration & Monitoring:
- Perform capacity planning for IAM solutions.
- Monitor IAM infrastructure for performance optimization.
- Support integration of IAM with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint and CyberArk.
- Strong database knowledge for IAM-related data management.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related issues.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to lead discussions with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk).
- Experience with cloud IAM solutions (AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM).
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
- Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
