We are presently looking for a I&C Global Transparency Operations and Analytics Lead.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Collaborate with the I&C Global Transparency Head to develop a comprehensive strategy to leverage data analytics capabilities for global transparency initiatives. Ensure compliance with transparency obligations, identify gaps and anomalies, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement measures that maintain compliance and mitigate recurrence. Assist in the development of a risk alerting system. Manage the technical design of the required reporting requirements utilizing deep understanding across various countries' disclosure obligations to enforce a consistent interpretation of existing and new global transparency regulations, including establishing assumptions, corporate positions, and training. Assist the Business Intelligence team in building auditing and monitoring portals, as well as developing tailored management reporting across business units and regions. Tools: Python, Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, DAX, MySQL, AWS. May telecommute from within the North Chesterfield, VA area two (2) days a week, as feasible.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technological medical focused field (foreign equivalent degree acceptable) plus 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare services industry. This must include 5 years of experience in/with: analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and data interpretation capabilities such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, DAX, Power Query, and ThoughtSpot; technical skills in programming languages such as Python, R, T-SQL, PL/SQL, and SnowSQL; ability to develop and automate data pipelines using ETL tools like SSIS, Informatica PowerCenter, Power Query Editor, dbt; data ingestion/profiling and management such as Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, AWS Redshift data warehouse, and AWS RDS; using IDEs like SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer, Visual Studio, PyCharm, Jupyter Notebook, and Github. Must include 3 years of experience in/with: supporting transparency initiatives; proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R; and data manipulation and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Ability to telecommute up to 2 days a week.
