ITS, LLC is seeking a successful candidate for an ICAM Engineer position Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) to join our team supporting the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) Program Executive Office (PEO) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. This role is crucial in ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and networks by managing the digital identities and credentials of users, devices, and services. ICAM engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that control who can access what resources within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identity Management: Creating, maintaining, and managing user identities, ensuring that only authorized users can access certain resources.
- Credential Management: Managing the lifecycle of user credentials (e.g., passwords, smart cards, biometric data), ensuring secure authentication.
- Access Management: Defining and enforcing access control policies to restrict or grant access to certain systems, applications, or data based on a user's role or other attributes.
- Integration: Integrating identity management solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
- Compliance: Ensuring that the organization's access policies comply with industry standards and government regulations, especially in sectors like cybersecurity, aerospace, and defense.
- Security Protocols: Implementing security protocols like multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Authentication technologies (e.g., OAuth, SAML, Kerberos)
- Directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP)
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Federated identity management
- IAM (Identity Access Management) tools like Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock
- 8+ years of IT/security-related experience
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related technical field
- 1-3 years of IT/security-related experience
- DoD 8570 IAT/IAM Level I/II certification
- Understanding of common operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix, Cisco IOS/NX-OS
