Identity and Access Management Senior Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the IAM Operations and Technical systems with a focus on Identity Access Governance for Azure Active Directory and other IAM solutions for the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring the security and availability of IAM and the global Azure tenant while actively seeking to mature the security of all IAM processes. Additionally, this role will assist the GISCS team providing day to day support activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution while working with various Global IT teams and business departments to ensure all activities are completed within defined SLA's. This person will work with many teams and all brands to ensure that we have global solutions for Azure and the other products that this person will work on for IAM.

Essential Functions:
  • Support and maintain global Azure Active Directory solutions, policies and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot and automate identity and access management systems, including privilege access tool and services. Handle level III and Level IV incidents escalated incidents, analyze root causes and drive resolutions in a timely manner
  • Develop Azure Active Directory conditional policies and support O365 access solutions Drive user adoption and success by ensuring business partners are utilizing IAM solutions through proactive organizational education
  • Manage and document operational functions in the IAM environment with special emphasis on protecting company assets with controlled access and implementing and monitoring access control standards
  • Drive user adoption and success by ensuring business partners are utilizing IAM solutions through proactive organizational education
  • Monitor and conduct frequent IAM tool audits to measure effectiveness of policies, procedures and processes and internal controls

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. No formal education required. We are looking for someone that has worked in Cyberark and PAM space at a high level that will be able to help us moving forward. It is more about the IT job training than formal education.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification is preferred
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in information security, inclusive of at least 5 years supporting Azure Active Directory at a very high level.
  • Strong experience with Cyberark. Experience with other IAM products and solutions would also be preferred in this position
  • Need someone that can script in skills using PowerShell and other programming languages would be preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to understand a complex environment. Possess strong technical security skills and knowledge of security and risks. Excellent verbal and written communications in English with the ability to effectively communicate information, gather relevant data and verbalize ideas effectively. Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.

Travel: None or very little travel

Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. May require support on-call/after hour's duties depending on critical security incident requirements.

This position is classified as "in-office." As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
