Job Title: IFS Cloud Implementation Expert
Location: Alpharetta, GA

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IFS Cloud Implementation Expert to collaborate closely with project leads and an external IFS implementation consulting firm. This role involves working across multiple functional areas within the company to identify, communicate, and facilitate the transition from existing functions to the IFS Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal discovery sessions across various departments to assess and compare them to the current state of the IFS Cloud implementation.
• Translate company-specific terminology into IFS Cloud terminology to ensure clear communication between the company and the consulting firm.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on multiple tracks within IFS Cloud, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Prioritize and manage multiple aspects of the IFS Cloud implementation on a daily basis.
• Define best practice workflows that align with company requirements within the IFS Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the entire organization.
• Provide clear and effective communication to team members, including updates on unusual circumstances, procedural changes, and other pertinent information.
• Maintain and update project and test tracking documentation.
• Assist in identifying processes that could be better developed within Novacura.
• Support the manual input and migration of data into IFS Cloud.
• Develop and document internal processes for company use and training purposes.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with IFS Cloud, ideally covering a wide range of offerings, including:
  • Finance
  • Field Service
  • Quality
  • Document Management
  • Manufacturing
  • Supply Chain
  • Projects
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, self-directed environment while delivering detailed, documented results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and related software.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project schedules, with the ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous IFS Cloud experience in an engineer-to-order manufacturing environment.
• Experience at a Solutions Architect level with IFS Cloud.
• Familiarity with Novacura, CadTalk, Windchill, and/or Astra Canyon MTK software.
• Experience managing IFS permission sets.
• Understanding of CRIM development strategies and requirements (coding experience within IFS Cloud is not required).
• Experience with IFS Cloud data migration.
