What you will do:
  • Help clients achieve full-scale enterprise business system transformation initiatives that are driven by their acquisition of new business technology
  • Support the design, configuration, and testing of IFS Cloud functional architecture with leading practices throughout all phases of a technology transformation
  • Engage directly with a variety of clients ranging from privately held businesses to publicly traded multi-national corporations
  • Apply business process and system expertise to bring forth leading practices in the areas of Engineering, Order Management, Procurement, Production Planning/Scheduling, Quality, Receiving, Shipping, and Service Management
  • Partner with project leaders to identify project risk and issues, working together to develop and articulate mitigation strategies
  • Support robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients with IFS Cloud
  • Collaborate in small teams on client projects and internal initiatives across numerous industries and services
  • Invest in your professional development individually and support the growth of team members

Qualifications

  • Be enrolled as a full-time student during the XXXX school year in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or a related field
  • Availability to begin full-time employment in the summer of XXXX
  • Outstanding academic performance with a minimum overall GPA of a 3.0 required with at least a 3.2 GPA preferred
  • Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display passion and commitment towards finding creative and efficient solutions to analytical problems, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship as a full-time employee
  • Be available to travel as needed for client projects


Additional Information

For California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $136,360 to $289,040. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
