Description:
Oversees daily operations and staff at Temple University Hospital and campuses. Primarily CHH Community Health Inc and Women's Imaging - Chestnut Hill and Blue Bell. Works closely with Radiology Management Team in all planning decisions, staffing schedules, budgeting processes and Capital equipment requests and purchases. Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements. Participates in Joint Commission, DOH and Life Safety inspections. Identifies and makes recommendations on all workflow issues, and provides guidance and support to supervisors, coordinators and staff.
Education
Non Degree Program : Completion of an AMA approved radiology program (Required)
Bachelors Degree : in related field. (Preferred)
Experience
3 Years experience in diagnostic imaging (Required)
3 Years supervisory experience in Outpatient Imaging Department. (Required)
General Experience with and knowledge of Joint Commission, DOH, and Life Safety, HIPPA, and ACR requirements. (Required)
License/Certifications
RT(R) - Reg Technologist (R) (Required)
