Job Description:

The Sr. Manager, Imaging Services will report to OneOncology's Sr. Director, Radiation Oncology and Imaging Services. The Sr. Manager, Imaging Services, will play an important role for OneOncology and United Urology Group diagnostic imaging practice operations. This role will provide leadership and accountability in developing, driving, and deploying strategic expansion, integration, and key initiatives for Diagnostic Imaging Services. This position will collaborate with executive leadership and practices to develop, lead and promote successful operations of Diagnostic Imaging modalities with a strategic focus on PET/CT and Radiopharmaceuticals. Responsible for supporting diagnostic imaging operational excellence and individual practice expansion projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and standards are met for each modality while achieving long-term program success. The ideal candidate has direct experience growing imaging service lines while fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders utilizing program and project management skills, clinical expertise, and leadership experience to launch and grow diagnostic imaging programs. This position can be remote near a major US airport or office based in Nashville.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans for successful imaging programs to align with service, value, quality, cost, and access
  • Evaluate and advise on best solutions and systems to maximize efficiencies and economies of scale
  • Design program standards to support multiple modality imaging functions
  • Develop and monitor productivity metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Promote high-quality services adhering to regulatory compliance, applicable accreditation standards, professional practice standards and professional license requirements.
  • Develop KPIs to ensure quality while improving performance and market share.
  • Lead large cross functional projects, programs, and enterprise solutions with radiology vendors, clinicians, operations teams, corporate SMEs, and practice leaders
  • Partner with operations and integration teams to provide support and service line expertise for established practices and new practices.
  • Drives necessary change to ensure optimal service, budget, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to achieve Diagnostic Imaging program goals to ensure budget, resources, quality, safety and regulatory standards are well maintained.
  • Collaborate with peers across OneOncology and United Urology Group to support practice growth initiatives, share best practices, and driver operational excellence across multiple workstreams/departments
  • Other duties that may be assigned by Sr. Director, Radiation and Imaging Services.


Qualifications/Competencies:
  • Licensure with ARRT or NMTCB
  • 8 + years clinical experience within Diagnostic Imaging
  • Minimum of five years leading Diagnostic Imaging service line; Proven ability to lead and manage Diagnostic Imaging projects, programs, systems, vendors, and partnerships
  • Knowledge of imaging technologies and equipment quality control measures
  • Experience launching PET/CT and RadioPharm programs
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, vendors, systems and technology solutions to support Imaging services in an outpatient setting.
  • Ability to interpret, implement, and enforce complex regulations, contracts, and policies.
  • Strong planning, financial, and analytical skills to effectively evaluate and lead projects and programs
  • Effectively handle shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a dynamic environment
  • Customer Service Mindset
  • Track record of successful project leadership and execution
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written/listening)
  • Must be detail-oriented, own key tasks, handle moderately complex problems, require minimal direction and be able to work within a team setting.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel up to 35% and work weekends as needed.
