Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Immigration Attorney role located in Charlotte, NC. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of immigration cases including employment-based petitions, family-based immigration, asylum, deportation/removal cases, federal litigation, naturalization, and other immigration-related practice areas.

Qualifications
- Immigration Law, Immigration Issues, and Legal Issues skills
- Experience in handling visas and immigration cases
- Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission in the state of practice
- Experience in federal litigation and habeas corpus cases is a plus
