Role Overview:
The Implant Sales Representative (Smile Consultant) at Nuvia plays a crucial role in guiding patients through life-changing dental implant treatment. This role is all about building trust, overcoming objections, and helping patients confidently move forward with treatment that will dramatically improve their quality of life. You'll meet with quality patients in person, educate them about their options, and help them say "yes" to a healthier, more confident future.

Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Selling & Closing - Influence patients to move forward with treatment by addressing concerns, providing education, and building trust. Your ability to connect and communicate will be key in converting consultations into successful treatments.
  • Financial Coordination - Help patients navigate financing options and remove barriers to treatment.
  • CRM & Lead Management - Stay organized by maintaining detailed records of patient interactions, follow-ups, and next steps. Ensure no patient falls through the cracks.
  • Process Improvement & Collaboration - Follow and refine Nuvia's proven sales process while working closely with doctors and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
  • Daily & Weekly Training - Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, and daily huddles to stay sharp and continuously improve.
  • Schedule & Commitment - On-Site, Full-time, Monday-Friday (8 AM - 5 PM), with flexibility for additional hours when needed to close deals.

Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs.
  • B2C sales experience preferred (experience in high-ticket consultative sales is a plus).
  • CRM experience and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build trust.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence - the ability to connect with patients and understand their concerns.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for helping people.

A Day in the Life:
  • Morning Prep & Strategy: Review scheduled patient consultations, prepare for the day's appointments, and strategize how to help each patient move forward.
  • Engage with quality Leads: Meet 4-7 warm leads each day, guiding them through their dental implant journey and helping them commit to treatment.
  • Overcome Objections & Build Trust: Address concerns around cost, treatment fears, and timing. Help patients see the life-changing benefits of their decision.
  • Financial Assistance & Closing: Assist patients in applying for financing and securing their investment in their health and confidence.
  • CRM Updates & Follow-Ups: Keep your pipeline organized with detailed notes, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring patients don't slip through the cracks.
  • Sales Training & Improvement: Participate in coaching sessions, sales meetings, and strategy discussions to sharpen your skills and maximize your success.
  • Celebrate Wins & Plan for Tomorrow: End the day by reviewing successful consultations, planning next steps for follow-ups, and setting goals for the next day.
