Fusion Health is seeking a bright, motivated, and outgoing Implementation Manager (West Coast, Pacific Time Zone) to join our Implementation team. This candidate will participate in dynamic and challenging projects to _the implementation and optimization of our healthcare software systems. This role looks like...

The Implementation Manager plays a critical role in driving successful client adoption of our EHR system and pharmacy solutions. You'll lead end-to-end implementation projects, manage stakeholders, and optimize workflows to ensure seamless technology integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Define project objectives and roles, coordinating across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, tracking progress, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring milestones are met.
  • Oversee EHR system configuration, customization, and data migration, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Facilitate client meetings, training sessions, and system assessments to support user engagement.
  • Collaborate with IT, clinical teams, and administrators to optimize workflows and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, interoperability standards).
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment throughout the implementation process.
  • Document project progress, configurations, and system changes, ensuring transparency and continuity.

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in SaaS project management, healthcare technology, or system implementation.
  • Proven experience in EHR implementations, system integrations, and healthcare workflows.
  • Strong technical acumen with project management/ client success tools and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex workflows, develop solutions, and translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with large-scale tech implementations or government projects is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to Fusion offices and client sites as needed.


Additional Details:
  • This is a fully remote, full-time, salaried position. Our normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET, but this candidate will work an eight hour day in the Pacific Time Zone.
