We're looking for a strategic and dynamic IMT Project Manager to lead technology-driven transformation at MGH. Reporting to the IMT Project Director, you will oversee IT projects that enhance hospital operations, improve patient care, and streamline system integrations. Working closely with hospital stakeholders, IMT team, and vendors, you'll ensure the seamless imple-mentation of cutting-edge healthcare technology solutions.
EDUCATION
- Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Business or Hospital Administration.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
- Clinical experience is an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of IT project management experience, ideally in healthcare.
- Proven track record in managing complex IT projects, including planning, designing, and implementing systems.
- Experience leading HRIS implementations (Workday preferred), covering Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll or experience leading ERP (Finance) SAP S/4HANA
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and Clinical Applications teams.
- Expertise in change management and user adoption strategies.
- Knowledge of hospital operations and the ability to align IT initiatives with organization-al needs.
- Experience working with vendors, contracts, and service agreements.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Good work and attendance record required.
