Description:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all major incidents and coordinate the incident response process from initiation to resolution.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during incident response efforts, including IT, operations, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Establish and maintain incident management policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and effectiveness in managing incidents.
Conduct post-incident reviews and analysis to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Develop and maintain communication plans and protocols to keep stakeholders informed throughout the incident lifecycle, including regular updates and status reports.
Facilitate incident management meetings, including incident triage, escalation, and resolution meetings, to prioritize and address critical incidents in a timely manner.
Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement automation and process improvements to streamline incident management workflows and enhance response capabilities.
Provide leadership and guidance to incident management team members, including coaching, mentoring, and training on incident management best practices and methodologies.
