Winnebago Industries is seeking an Inclusion Business Partner based at our Eden Prairie, MN location. This role is hybrid. The Inclusion Business Partner will be a results-oriented and resourceful leader who is capable of quickly taking control of their responsibilities and establishing themselves as a credible strategic partner. The individual has demonstrated skills in the following areas: program and project management focused on outcomes; problem solving; cross group coordination across all levels of the organization; excellent oral and written communications. Day to Day of the Role:
Project Management
- Strong program and project management skills, and ability to operationalize and scale programs.
- Consistently and effectively leads project management and creative program development across business units.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity.
- Provide strategic guidance to employee groups including diversity advisory team, employee resource groups, and other inclusion influencers.
- Assist with the development and execution of programming of inclusion observances, DEI training, and awareness initiatives.
Research and Communications
- Research, implement, and execute DEI best practices using business acumen and industry expertise.
- Plan events, and recognition for DEI related activities that drives DEI awareness and excitement
- Assist with the creation and implement communication strategies to support DEI initiatives on various platforms
- Leverage internal and external partnerships to support IDEA strategies.
Data/ Metrics
- Track key performance indicators, metrics, and reporting, with a goal of effectively measuring DEI impact.
- Define and develop project plans; manage project dependencies and critical path to execute and track metrics related to DEI programs' logistics, participation, and evaluation
Employee Resource Groups (ERG)
- Be able to develop strong working relationships with ERG leaders to ensure alignment with overall IDEA and business strategy.
- Manage ERG membership database, performance scorecard, and provide other metrics as needed to provide relevant data, analysis, and recommendations.
- Other duties as assigned based on business need
Education & Experience
- 3-5+ years of diversity, equity, and inclusion experience
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Bachelor's degree preferred
