Position Summary

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist - Indirect Procurement to support sourcing and procurement activities across multiple indirect spend categories, excluding Marketing and IT. This role will assist in supplier negotiations, contract management, spend analysis, and process optimization across facilities management, professional services, HR, travel, office supplies, logistics, legal services, and other indirect categories.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role requires collaboration with Finance, HR, Legal, Real Estate, and Operations to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
  • Assist in sourcing and contracting indirect goods and services, including facilities, professional services, HR, travel, and logistics.
  • Conduct RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing and service levels.
  • Track spend data, category trends, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support contract renewals and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Supplier & Contract Management
  • Help manage relationships with key suppliers, monitoring performance and SLAs.
  • Assist in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to evaluate supplier performance.
  • Research and evaluate new supplier capabilities to drive category efficiencies.

Market Analysis & Risk Mitigation
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging solutions in indirect procurement.
  • Support risk management efforts by assessing supplier stability, compliance, and service levels.
  • Work with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure vendor agreements meet regulatory and corporate standards.


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations to align procurement activities with business needs.
  • Support the Category Manager - Indirect Procurement in executing sourcing initiatives.
  • Assist in developing dashboards and spend reports to track procurement performance.


Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
  • Experience sourcing indirect goods and services, such as professional services, facilities, HR, or logistics.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, or similar tools) to simplify and optimize productivity for the team, internal clients, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy considerations in procurement is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work in-office full-time, with occasional travel (up to 15%).
