SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for expanding Allegro's presence within the industrial market segment. The Industrial Account Manager will be responsible for a mix of direct and indirect account management, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with key industrial customers. This individual will manage a select group of strategically important "must-win" accounts directly, while also working collaboratively with regional Sales Representatives and Distribution Partners to manage other accounts indirectly. This role demands a deep understanding of the industrial semiconductor landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strategic approach to account management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute account plans for key industrial "must-win" accounts, focusing on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving revenue growth.
- Indirect Account Management: Collaborate with regional Sales Representatives and Distribution Partner branches to manage and support industrial accounts indirectly. This includes providing training, setting targets, participating in joint sales calls, and ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Distribution Partner Management: Experience developing and managing business through distribution channels, including program development, inventory management, and point-of-sale strategies.
- Demand Creation: Work closely with Sales Reps and Distribution Partner branches to generate demand for Allegro's products within the industrial market. This includes identifying opportunities, developing targeted marketing campaigns, and participating in industry events.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to provide training and resources to Sales Reps and Distribution Partners, equipping them to effectively sell and promote Allegro's industrial products.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze the performance of assigned accounts, both direct and indirect, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industrial market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to internal teams and adjusting account strategies accordingly.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities within the industrial segment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with product management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall company goals.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the industrial semiconductor industry. Experience managing distribution channels is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of the industrial semiconductor market, including key players, technologies, and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically within the central US region as required.
