Industrial Automation Engineer
As an Industrial Automation Engineer in a seamless tube manufacturing facility, located in Kennewick, WA, you will be the subject matter expert and support continuous improvement efforts across all manufacturing processes.
You will support the maintenance of existing controls, improvement of existing controls, and implementation of new controls for systems related to the manufacturing of high precision titanium tubing for very demanding markets like Aerospace and Medical. Technical advancement in the organization is available through increased depth and breadth of capabilities. Starting level will depend on experience.

Lead and manage automation projects from conception to completion.
About You
We seek a dynamic individual with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with strong experience in manufacturing automation. You thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a drive to enhance the performance of automation and control systems.

The salary range for this position is $79,000 to $121,000 annually with a 10% annual bonus opportunity and annual merit eligibility.

Your Role

- Maintain, revise, and enhance existing control systems to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Specify, design, and oversee the implementation of new control systems.
- Develop and integrate original control systems to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all control systems and modifications.
About You
We seek a dynamic individual with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with strong experience in manufacturing automation. You thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a drive to enhance the performance of automation and control systems.
Candidates should also possess:
- Automation engineering experience of 5 years or more.
- Working safely as a core guiding principal.
- Working knowledge with PLC and SCADA
- Experience in coding languages. Experience with C# will be a plus.
- A willingness to continually learn and develop proficiency of company and industry methods.
