Seeking a dynamic Industrial Hygienist with strong leadership skills, ability direct IH work plans and develop health & safety control programs for one of the most advanced semiconductor facilities in the United States. Specific Job Duties:
- Ability to anticipate, identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices
- Develop hazard control designs, methods, procedures and programs
- Lead and advise qualitative exposure risk assessment reviews/processes
- Measure, audit and evaluate the effectiveness of hazard control elements
- Evaluation of regulatory compliance associated with IH safety programs/policies
- Manage IH engineer/technician work scopes and plans related to health and safety
Shift: 1st
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's of Science degree in chemistry, engineering, industrial hygiene, safety, or closely related discipline
- At least 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing industrial hygiene programs
- Strong customer engagement experience
- Certified Industrial Hygienist required or ability to obtain within 2 years from hire
- CSP certification is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools:
- Familiarity with hazardous materials, related regulations and NIOSH standards
- Working knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
- Familiarity with OSHA Regulatory/Reporting Guidelines
- Ability to work well in at team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Work experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred but not required
