Your Impact:

• Command the Floor - Oversee production and maintenance operations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
• Engineer Excellence - Implement best-in-class manufacturing methodologies, aligning operations with ISO 9001:2015 standards and industry best practices.

• Lead with Strength - Manage a team of 70+ production professionals, guiding four direct reports to peak performance.
• Optimize Resources - Maintain optimal inventory levels, equipment uptime, and workforce readiness to keep production flowing like a well-welded pipeline.
• Shape the Future - Drive continuous improvement, championing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of fabrication.

Who You Are:

• A proven leader with at least 10 years in industrial production, including 5+ years in managerial roles.
• An expert in steel and pipe fabrication, with deep knowledge of ASME, AWS, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• A strategic thinker who can balance the big picture with hands-on problem-solving.
• A safety-first operator who believes that an incident-free workplace is the only acceptable standard.
• A data-driven decision-maker, fluent in KPIs, workflow optimization, and performance analytics.
• A relationship builder, skilled at managing teams, engaging with customers, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Ideally, certified in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), AWS (CWI or CWE), or API standards.
