Schedule: Live-out, Monday to Friday, 8-5, with occasional weekend hours and travel.

An exciting worldly family with a two-day-old is looking for a full-time live-out nanny to join their jet-setting lifestyle. This unique position involves travel between Los Angeles and other domestic and international travel. They currently employ a night nurse, so they are looking for coverage during the day, Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, with occasional weekend hours and travel. This family also has two large goofy golden retrievers so you must love dogs. They also value hygiene and cleanliness, as well as creating a safe, loving, nurturing environment for their infant. You must be ok with work-from-home parents. They are looking for someone that they can lean on as an extension of their parenting and also knowledgeable of infant development. This would be a great opportunity for a newborn care specialist who is looking to transition into a long-term nanny role. Must live within a reasonable commute to Manhattan Beach. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care for an infant while immersing them in a world of diverse experiences.
• Open Travel with the family between multiple locations, embracing spontaneous adventures.
• Serve as an extension of the busy entrepreneurial parents, offering intelligent and fast-learning support.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment to foster the infant's growth and development.
• Oversee and manage the children's daily routines, including meals, naps, and bedtime.
• Pack and organize the child's belongings for trips.
• Ensure a smooth transition during travel, minimizing disruptions for the children.
• Adapt to different time zones and cultural environments.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the child's living spaces.
• Provide daily updates on the child's well-being, accomplishments, and challenges.
• Adapt to changing schedules, events, and last-minute requests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infant care, with a passion for creating engaging and enriching environments.
• Prefer someone who has extensive travel experience with families and experience as a live-in nanny.
• Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, French, or Italian, are highly desirable and not a deal breaker if you aren't Multilingual.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and spontaneous adventures with children.
• Willingness to be away from home for extended periods, immersing in different cultures.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to provide a one-of-a-kind childcare experience.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in a high-profile setting.
• Uphold confidentiality regarding the family's personal and professional matters.

Compensation:
The family is offering an hourly rate equivalent to the annualized base compensation of $80k- $120k ($35- $40) as a competitive salary based on experience, with additional benefits.
