Qualifications:

Experience in Agile project management

Certification in Informatica CDGC or related tools

Experience in a specific industry (Healthcare, life sciences) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Architected and Deployed: Designed and implemented a comprehensive metadata management framework using Informatica CDGC, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
• Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency and security.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts, providing technical guidance and support.
• Project Management: Manage multiple project deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and high performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data need and translate them into technical requirements.

Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practice in data management and governance.
