Shall perform project scheduling and task breakdown.
Shall identify project requirements.
Shall track project issues, problems, and risks.
Shall manage S6 Trouble Ticket Portal and Helpdesk, ensure all tickets get resolved within 72 hours.
Shall provide technical assistance to the end user over the phone, and/or in person as required, and in such a way as to maintain the proper security and configuration as dictated by Department of the Army and Fort Rucker NEC policy.
Shall manage all DoD Mobility Unclassified Capability (DMUC) devices in USAWOCC.
Shall manage all Army365 licenses and accounts for the USAWOCC.
Shall manage Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS) for both Cadre and Students.
Shall ensure all DD Form 2875's (Request for Fort Rucker network access) are
completed and uploaded into ATCTS.
Shall manage Active Directory (AD) for both Cadre and Students, to include creating user and computer accounts.
Shall maintain an accurate inventory of all automation equipment, the current configuration
and the location of all equipment.
Shall manage USAWOCC's annual Life Cycle Replacement (LCR) and have an understanding of the Army's Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) purchasing process.
Shall manage all 26 of the USAWOCC Enterprise Classroom Program (ECP) Classroom's, to include trouble shooting audio visual equipment and working directly with the Fort Rucker ECP representative for all replacement equipment and software.
Shall manage all equipment warrant repairs.
Deliverables: All deliverables will meet Army established document preparation standards
(grammatically correct and technically accurate) required for publication.
Weekly Student ATCTS report (every Friday, before COB).
ECP Classroom report (1st business working day of each month).
Building issues tracker (1st business working day, before COB of each quarter).
Lifecycle report (1st business working day each month).
Weekly ticket resolution report (weekly, every Friday before COB).
ATCTS compliance report (Monthly, first business day of each month).
Re-order supply list (monthly, first business working day of the month).
9 Skill set info Project Management Professional certification is desired.
At least 12 years of experience as an Information Technology/ Project manager.
Current Secret clearance (minimum).
Experience with Windows group permissions, printer troubleshooting, computer hardware/software repair, Active Directory account creation and troubleshooting.
Experience with writing and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts for Windows10 and Server 2016.
Experience with managing Life Cycle Replacement (LCR) and warranty management.
Incumbent must have first right of refusal to be hired in order to maintain continuity for USAWOCC.
