Job Responsibilities:
This position performs the essential Information Systems management job duties and functions as listed below with the overall objective of establishing an execution framework on the project that complies with the contract and ensures the safety, quality, value, timeliness, and Fluor profitability. This position leads industrial control system and computer-aided facility management for a medium-sized and mission-critical operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, building services, and renovations program.
Responsible for the Information Management systems functional support for all facility, logistics and related services stated in this SOW.
Facilitate the development and implementation of the strategic vision of enterprise information systems for facilities and logistics.
Manage computerized maintenance management, service request, CAD, procurement, building condition assessment, control network, and industrial applications.
Locate and provide reach back and rapid response information systems capabilities, as necessary.
Recommend improvements to operational effectiveness, utility, and efficiency of the information systems, administration, resources, procedures, and methods.
Communicate the enterprise's information systems policies, purposes, and goals throughout the organization.
Responsible for development and implementation of new and lifecycle replacement enterprise information systems approaches.
Support meetings and discussions on an ad hoc basis, as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Basic Job Requirements
Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and thirteen (13) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to seventeen (17) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5-7 years' experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Experience in defining and guiding the architecture and implementation of leading-edge technology solutions.
Experience providing high quality customer service.
Experience building and sustaining high performing integrated teams.
Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics.
Familiarity with the Intelligence Community (IC) Culture.
