Client Interfacing Skills Required Skills O365 Tenant, O365 Account, Office Applications, Exchange Online, Yammer, Stream, Planner, Forms, Flow, Power App Manage technical issues / requests on products, Troubleshoot & adapt technical products configurations, manages licenses / authentication issues, manages technical tenant issues / outages / abnormal operations, Administration level change coordination and implementation Exchange Online, including but not limited to the following activities: Engineering of messaging architecture (mail routing, policies, standard configurations etc.) Message Hygiene: messaging licensing and subscriptions Messaging backup and restoration: coordinate one-off backup requests working with the storage service according to policy Administration of mailboxes (creation, management of quotas) Messaging application management: end-user & mobile device support Administration of Anti-spam policies, creation of specific email security rules demanded by Cyber Intelligence / IT Security Management of anti-virus message filtering, monitoring and tracking of incidents Management of process or configuration exceptions like mailbox size limits, mail size limits Coordinate & Collaboration with 3rd parties for specific messaging activities (Free/busy sharing, TLS secure email configurations, etc) Support for minor and major communication campaigns (Internal & External) Manage litigation hold configurations for mailboxes (with direction from legal team) Compliance Reporting on the patch management Administration of Distribution Lists Support for Merger, Acquisitions & Divestiture projects Automation of repetitive administration tasks (Distribution list creation, mailbox creation, etc) Reporting for overall messaging environment and Incident Management activities o Office Applications, including but not limited to the following activities : Add and remove the users Assign O365 license to user Resolve account issues (access, password, ...) Setup and management of retention policies Investigation support (eDiscovery) as demanded by Legal or Corporate Audit Resolve local client issues (Outlook, Office suite, Teams, OneDrive) Litigation management Office 365 DLP operation MS Teams; Manage technical issues / requests on products, Troubleshoot & adapt technical products configurations, manages licenses / authentication issues, manages technical tenant issues / outages / abnormal operations, Administration level change coordination and implementation Manage meetings, including meeting policies, configurations, and conference bridges Manage voice, including calling policies and phone number inventory and assignment Manage messaging, including messaging policies Manage all org-wide settings, including federation, teams upgrade, and teams client settings Manage the teams in the organization and their associated settings, including membership (group management supported via PowerShell, team management in the Teams admin center) Manage Teams-certified devices, set up, and assign configuration policies View user profile page and troubleshoot user call quality problems using advanced troubleshooting toolset Access all reports in the Microsoft Teams admin center Access, monitor and troubleshoot tenant's call quality and reliability using data exposed in Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) down to the users impacted by poor call quality Preferred Skills 1.
