Job Summary
" Support daily technology operations of the client's collaboration center, a 17,000 sq. ft. collaboration space with 8 experiential rooms.
" Manage and maintain all technology, including software upgrades, hardware implementation, VR/AR usage, AI integration, and pilot testing for new technologies.
" Lead the technology operating model, ensuring seamless execution of collaboration sessions and tech-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
" Define, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot all technology within the DCC.
" Oversee software installs, system upgrades, firewall patches, and hardware management.
" Manage VR/AR integration, AI execution, and tech pilot testing.
" Lead project management for all tech-driven initiatives, ensuring timely execution.
" Assess and develop supplier relationships for enhanced tech services.
" Manage the server room and oversee all technology and devices in the space.
" Provide on-site support for modular technology, furniture setup, and demos.
" Assist guests with technology challenges and troubleshoot issues during collaboration workshops.
" Work closely with senior leaders, industry experts, and top customers to ensure a seamless experience.
" Run the DCC independently when needed, maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
" Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate environment.
" Strong technical skills with a focus on troubleshooting (50% of the role).
" Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and timeline management.
" Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
" Ability to work independently and interact professionally with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
" Experience in the beverage category, large CPG companies, or collaboration briefing centers.
Certifications
" Bachelor's Degree required.
Schedule
" Day shift, 100% onsite at 200 Elm Street, 2nd Floor, Stamford, CT, 06901.
" Standard hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for early (7:00 AM) or late (6:30 PM) starts as needed for customer meetings.
" 40 hours per week.
Additional Details
" Duration: 12 months, with a possibility of extension based on performance.
" No travel required.
Interview Process
" First Round: 30-minute Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager.
" Second Round: In-person interviews with three interviewers, each lasting 45 minutes, at 200 Elm Street, 2nd Floor, Stamford, CT. Scheduled on a Tuesday or Thursday.
" Final Round: 30-minute Zoom interview with the VP of Customer Development.
