General Summary and Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure technology management, maintenance and technical operations of secure and highly available computing platforms and technologies
• Servers, virtualization, databases, storage, backup and data recovery, network, client, virtual desktops, and automation technologies, among others.
• Provide technical support to ensure the ongoing stability of the infrastructure environments
• Develop scripts to automate the deployment of resource stacks and associated configurations
• Identify and respond to incidents and problems while planning for growth
• Utilize native Azure services and Office 365 to meet the technology and resiliency requirements
• Experience with SCCM, InTune or other deployment suites in an enterprise environment
• Deploy new technologies as well as design, install, configure, test and maintain servers, operating systems and related software and hardware

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree with a major in computer science or 2+ years of related work experience

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of experience as a full time Infrastructure Engineer
• Experience supporting onprem and cloud enterprise core services
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Enterprise software products and services
• Proficiency with PowerShell both onprem and cloud
• Hands-on experience with one or more deployment systems such as SCCM, InTune, or similar
• Working knowledge of file server and networking components. i.e., Routers, switches, hubs.
• Understanding of network protocols i.e., TCP/IP, Netbios, IPX, SNMP.
• Experience with Windows Services, Windows Terminal Server and Citrix XenApp.
• Ability to verify operational status of terminal servers and printers
• Excellent task management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills related to Microcomputer systems and networking equipment.
• Microsoft Certification or equivalent work experience
