Infrastructure Engineer

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support critical enterprise systems in a hybrid capacity in Corpus Christi, TX. This role involves end-to-end management of infrastructure-related work packages, ensuring systems are designed, implemented, and maintained to meet high service standards. The ideal candidate brings a blend of hands-on technical support, cross-functional collaboration, and deep knowledge of system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage infrastructure tasks across IT Operations, Service Support, Network Services, and Application teams
• Provide Tier 3 support for mission-critical systems, ensuring uptime and reliability
• Monitor real-time performance alerts and proactively address potential issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to align technical solutions with business needs
• Guide application and infrastructure integration across Windows, Linux, and middleware environments
• Participate in documentation, testing, and deployment of services
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and performance

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure or IT Support roles
• Solid background in Desktop Support
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux environments
• Experience with middleware platforms such as Apache, Tomcat, and IIS
• Familiarity with SQL and Oracle database environments
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, support, and enhance enterprise systems

Location: Hybrid in Corpus Christi, TX (onsite presence required)
